CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Shemar Moore Emmy Interview

Back stage at the Daytime Emmys last night (June 19), "Criminal Minds" star, SHEMAR MOORE, had some nice things to say to his fans and about soaps operas and their stars.

CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Season 6 DVD Cover

Although Season Six of CRIMINAL MINDS hasn't been released yet, we obtained a photo of the cover. Nice to see that ALL of the stars are pictured, including Rachel Nichols, A.J. Cook, and Paget Brewster, despite their on again/off again status with the program. Interesting that SHEMAR MOORE, Joe Mantegna and Thomas Gibson seem to be featured most prominently on the new cover. Does that mean they are considered more important than Matthew Gray Gubler and the girls to the powers that be?

Just wondering....?

Release date is September 6.

Criminal Minds hottie, SHEMAR MOORE, was named to People Magazine's List of the Hottest Bodies of 2011. Nope, we're not even a little bit surprised. Our SHEMAR has also graced the cover of no less than three fitness magazines in the past few weeks.

Rocker/actor, Gavin Rossdale, was also included on the list. Rossdale, who is married to singer, Gwen Stefani, has guest starred on CRIMINAL MINDS. In an episode called "The Performer," Gavin played a singer with a vampire-like persona, who may or may not be a serial killer.

CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Jane Lynch to Host Emmys

Jane Lynch as Sue Sylvester on "Glee"
Lynch, as Diana Reid, with TV son, Matthew Gray Gubler (Dr. Spencer Reid) on CRIMINAL MINDS

Jane Lynch, who so adeptly portrayed Spencer Reid's schizophrenic mother in five episodes of CRMINAL MINDS, will be hosting the 2011 Prime Time Emmys.

Sadly, we are not likely to see her again on MINDS. She is now playing meanie cheer leading coach, Sue Sylvester, on the hit series, "Glee." The series has just been renewed for a third season. Although we wish her well on her series, we can't help but miss the quirky Diana Reid on CRIMINAL MINDS.

Ms. Lynch won an Emmy last year a Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for "Glee."

The Prime Time Emmys will air on September 18 on FOX.
