SHEMAR MOORE  was front row at the recent
Static Pulse Concert at the Hard Rock Cafe

The band performed at the Wrap Party SHEMAR
hosted for his "Criminal Minds" co-workers
back in April.

Static Pulse also filmed one their videos at
SHEMAR's beautiful Encino, CA home.

August 4 in Beverly Hills. Our boy
stopped to pose for the camera
and even talked to TMZ.
