Criminal Minds hottie, SHEMAR MOORE, was named to People Magazine's List of the Hottest Bodies of 2011. Nope, we're not even a little bit surprised. Our SHEMAR has also graced the cover of no less than three fitness magazines in the past few weeks.

Rocker/actor, Gavin Rossdale, was also included on the list. Rossdale, who is married to singer, Gwen Stefani, has guest starred on CRIMINAL MINDS. In an episode called "The Performer," Gavin played a singer with a vampire-like persona, who may or may not be a serial killer.

Did we mention that both of these men are over forty?

Some men age like fine wine.

With 19 days until the Season Premier of CRIMINAL MINDS, rabid SHEMAR MOORE/Derek Morgan fans may find the waiting easier if they spend time watching the Season 5 DVDs, which go on sale on September 7.

There were some great episodes in the past season. We saw Hotch's (Thomas Gibson) showdown with The Reaper, and the death of one of our own. There were close moments between Derek Morgan (SHEMAR MOORE) and Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness) to sate the appetites of the Morgan/Garcia shippers. There was a hinted romance for Morgan with Tamara Barnes (Salli Richardson-Whitfield), and we saw our hero, Derek Morgan, get his own office at the BAU and become acting Unit Chief. Also, there were sensitive performances by some great guest stars, including Gavin Rossdale, Eric Close, and Sean Patrick Flanery.

And, there was the abysmal pilot episode for "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior," which we at LOVING MOORE hated, but we plan to fast forward through that one.

It did star Forest Whitaker, who is a fine actor, but CRIMINAL MINDS purists aren't on board for any spin-offs, and the episode was hurried, badly written, and lacking in chemistry among the cast members. Just sayin'......

The DVDs will be on sale on Tuesday, and include some nifty extras which have already been posted on YouTube.

Wednesday on CRIMINAL MINDS

"The Performer" ~ This encore episode guest starring British rocker, Gavin Rossdale, will air on Wednesday, March 24 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS Television. The BAU investigates a series of murders that align with the tour schedule of a goth rock star, Dante (Rossdale). Series regulars include SHEMAR MOORE, Joe Mantegna, Thomas Gibson, Matthew Gray Gubler, Paget Brewster, and A.J. Cook.

Criminal Minds 100th Episode Party

SHEMAR MOORE was lookin' good at yesterday's CRIMINAL MINDS 100th Episode Party. The cast, staff, and crew were on hand for the event held at the Quixote Studios, where they were filming. Guest serial killer, C. Thomas Howell who plays The Boston Reaper, is appearing in the 100th episode, and was also there for the festivities. He is pictured with CRIMINAL MINDS Executive Producer, Edward Bernero. From the spoilers that have come out about episode 100, it promises to be one series best. It will air in late November.
