Academy Award winning actor, Forest Whitaker, will be starring in the new CRIMINAL MINDS spin-off, which is planned as a mid-season replacement on CBS Network. The series has finally been given a name - CRIMINAL MINDS: SUSPECT BEHAVIOR.The program will follow an elite team of agents within the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit, who use unconventional methods of investigation and aggressive tactics to capture the country's most dangerous criminals. Whitaker portrays lead agent, Sam Cooper. Matt Ryan, Michael Kelly and Gina LaSalle will also star.
The series was introduced in April in a lackluster cross-over episode with the original CRIMINAL MINDS called "The Fight." Chris Mundy, Edward Allen Bernero, Mark Gordon and Deborah Spera are the Executive Producers.
